Do you offer walk-in appointments?

No. Services are provided by appointment only.


What extension method is right for me?

Many factors must be considered when trying to answer this critical question. Therefore, I highly recommend a professional consultation. Based upon the condition of your natural hair, the length, the thickness, your lifestyle, and the amount of maintenance you’re willing to commit to will determine the best option for you. Every client is unique and your hair history is unique to you…hormonal (thinning hair), color treated, chemically treated, or even virgin hair all factor in to answering this question.

Do you sell extension hair?

No. Hair is ordered at least a week prior to an Installation Appointment. 

Will extensions damage my natural hair?

Extensions must be cared for properly with regular maintenance, gentle, delicate brushing; very little or no use of heat styling; and, use of salon quality hair products. Following these recommendations will help ensure very minimal damage to your natural hair.

Do I have to put down a deposit to book an appointment?

Yes, a deposit is required for all Hair Extension and In-Person Consultation appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, and are required at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. Appointments without a deposit will be cancelled within 48 hours of scheduling.


In order to complete your deposit, you will be emailed an invoice. To confirm and hold your appointment, you must complete your deposit within 48 hours of scheduling. Any Hair Extension Install deposit will be applied to your balance at the end of your appointment.


Deposit fees for appointments are invoiced as follows:


Hair Extension:  $50 (non-refundable)


In-Person Consultation:  $50 (non-refundable)

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, notice must be given at least 48 hours before your appointment time—an email is quickest, and is preferred. If you give at least 48 hours notice, we're more than happy to reschedule your appointment, towards which your deposit will be applied. This only applies to Installation and Maintenance of Hair Extensions and In-Person Consultation Appointments.


We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that if you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment time your deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required to book any subsequent appointment.

Can I still color my hair with extensions in?

Most extension hair brands recommend that you do not color their extension hair or to get any hair color on the bonds. If you must color your hair while extensions are installed it is recommended to avoid placing hair color where bonds are applied and to use deposit-only dye on the extension hair with the understanding that it is possible that hair color might cause the extension hair to become dry. It is also recommended to have all hair color done to your natural hair before color matching and choosing your extensions.
